I. Complete Customization Process for Engineering Lamps (Detailed Steps)
We provide customized bespoke engineering lamps for various projects, including hotels, clubs, exhibition halls, offices and villa residences. The whole customization process is standardized and transparent with full traceable progress.
1. Demand Consultation & Intention Communication
Customers contact us via official website, phone, online customer service and other channels to communicate project requirements, including application scenarios, space dimensions, lighting requirements, style orientation, quantity, budget, delivery schedule and other basic information, so as to establish cooperation intention for customization.
2. Scheme & Drawing Confirmation
Our sales and design team will follow up on customer requirements with two solution approaches: If customers provide complete engineering drawings, we will carry out mould opening and production strictly in accordance with drawing parameters, modelling requirements and process standards. If customers do not have ready made drawings, we will provide custom sample drawings, lighting parameter schemes and structural renderings based on site conditions and requirements. Details will be checked repeatedly until customers confirm the final version.

3. Contract Sign off & Deposit Payment
After drawings and schemes are fully confirmed, both parties shall sign a formal customized procurement contract for engineering lamps. Product parameters, process standards, production cycle, delivery terms, aftersales support, liability for breach of contract and other clauses are clearly specified, with one copy retained by each party. Before project kickoff, customers shall pay a deposit of 30%~40% of the total order value. The deposit covers raw material procurement, mould development and production scheduling. Production will be officially launched upon deposit receipt.
4. Finished product Inspection & Shipment
After production and internal quality inspection are completed, two acceptance & delivery options are available: On-site inspection & pickup is highly recommended. Customers may visit our factory to inspect craftsmanship, lighting performance and overall quality in person before pickup for maximum quality assurance. If on-site visit is not feasible, logistics consignment service is available. Freight shall be borne by the purchaser. To fully protect customers’ interests, cash on delivery after on-site inspection is supported for logistics shipments to eliminate quality risks.

Selection of engineering lamps directly affects decoration effect, lighting quality, operational safety and long term maintenance cost. Selection shall be made comprehensively from five dimensions: brand & after sales service, comparison among suppliers, lamp modelling, space adaptability and colour matching.
1. Brand and After sales Service Criteria
Prioritize formal lighting manufacturers with good market reputation, complete qualifications and reliable after sales system. Engineering lamps are long term use products. Complete after sales support facilitates maintenance, spare part replacement and fault handling to ensure stable long term operation of projects.
2. Comprehensive Comparison among Suppliers
For lamps with identical design, material and configuration, compare offers from multiple suppliers. Do not focus merely on unit price. Evaluate comprehensively workmanship, material quality, cost effectiveness, production lead time, delivery capacity and supporting services before making final decision.

3. Lamp Modelling Selection Criteria
Three main modelling categories are available: original innovative design, classic replica and practical minimalist style. Innovative original designs are suitable for high end commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies, villas and exhibition halls focusing on aesthetics and premium sense. Classic practical styles are recommended for general industrial projects and bulk order projects where cost performance is prioritized, balancing beauty and practicality.
4. Space Adaptability Criteria
Select lamps according to space size, floor height and layout to avoid adverse visual impact and potential safety hazards: For spacious lobbies and high ceiling areas, decorative lamps such as three arm chandeliers, ornate wall lamps and multi section rotating floor lamps can be adopted to enhance spatial hierarchy. Avoid oversized and exaggerated lamps in compact rooms, which will aggravate cramped visual feeling. Do not install chandeliers in rooms with ceiling height below 2.8 meters. Ceiling lamps are preferred to visually lift ceiling height and guarantee comfort and safety.
5. Colour matching Criteria
Colour and texture of lamp housing and lampshade shall match the overall interior decoration tone. Harmonize with walls, furniture, curtains and soft furnishings. Avoid abrupt lamp colours that ruin the overall interior design and maintain consistent decorative style.

Standard installation is critical for safe operation, service life extension and fire hazard prevention of engineering lamps. Construction shall comply with specifications regarding installation spacing, heat dissipation and general safety.

Reserve standard heat dissipation holes and ventilation gaps to discharge operating heat timely, stabilize working temperature and prevent faults caused by heat accumulation.

Besides spacing and heat dissipation requirements, ensure firm mounting, standardized wiring and reliable earthing. Prevent loose connections and exposed wiring.
